How charging loss and charging location change EV cost

Grid energy = driving energy × (1 + charging-loss rate)
Annual distance divided by efficiency gives energy used for driving. Charging loss is then added, the grid energy is split between home and public charging, and the result is combined with payment, insurance, tax, parking, maintenance, and reserve costs.
