Converting macro percentages into grams

The calculator uses 4 kcal/g for carbohydrate and protein and 9 kcal/g for fat. Percentages must total 100%, and per-meal amounts divide daily grams evenly by meal count.
Example: 2,000 kcal split 45:30:25

How to read the result
- The same ratio produces different gram targets when daily calories change.

Percentage mode directly sets the calorie share of all three macros. Protein g/kg mode fixes protein first from body weight and a selected factor, applies the chosen fat percentage, and assigns the remaining calories to carbohydrate. It is useful when protein has a specific training-related target.
